Rudy Project Rises to the Top with Their Extensive RX Solutions Program

When it comes to intelligent frame design, cutting-edge lens technology and more RX options than any other company, Rudy Project Technically Cool Eyewear clearly rises to the top of the industry. When over 50% of Americans need vision correction today, Rudy Project offers retailers the most extensive range of RX solutions for consumers.

In January, Rudy Project announced the expansion of its Authentic Sun Prescription Program to include their premier RX Direct Interchangeable prescription lenses on its best-selling semi-rimless performance models (currently available in the popular Ketyum, Rydon and Rydon II models, with the Kerosene available in summer 2006, followed by the Jekyll, anticipated for late summer). The program will be expanded to include even more models in the near future.

Brad Shapiro, Rudy Project North America Partner and Co-Founder, stated, "This new technology, coupled with Rudy Project's unique RX inserts, RX Swap and RX Direct options, clearly establishes Rudy Project as the leader in offering RX solutions for athletes and weekend warriors."

Other Rudy Project RX solutions give retailers and Eye Care Professionals the ability to cater to any customer's needs. The convenient low profile RX insert snaps easily and firmly into the frame behind the lens, offers total versatility and minimizes risk of damage to the RX. The optical inserts can be utilized in 12 models, including 4 flip-up models. Rudy Project continues their innovative spirit with the debut of the new Horus and its distinctive patented RX-Swap™ system. This RX technology features a user-friendly and fully integrated performance clip system allowing users to change spare lenses swiftly and easily, without even touching the lens itself. Managing any weather or light condition has never been so easy. The RX-Swap™ system is an addition to the already extensive RX Direct in Frame program that offers an RX option in 27 other Rudy Project frames among the Technical Performance, Performance Attitude, Metal Technology and Ophthalmic lines.
