Planning the Perfect Season in 2011

Calling all athletes and coaches.

Athletes: How did your season go? If you weren't happy with your results or are ready to make the next big step.

Coaches: Want to become a more valuable resource for your athletes and earn some CEU's in the process?

Check this out. Hunter Allen and Peaks Coaching has come up with a unique camp to help athletes and coaches plan the perfect season!!!!

West: Nov 10th-14th Palm Springs, CA

Join Hunter Allen, Scott Moninger, Peaks Coaching group and special guest Darcy Norman, architect of HTC Columbia's off bike conditioning program, for the inaugural fall athletes/coaches camp in the beautiful Coachella Valley.

This camp is designed to teach athletes & coaches of all abilities how to use historical power or training data to plan the perfect season. Hunter and his team will teach you how to identify strengths and weaknesses, how to develop a periodization plan based on the data and improve results of each phase of their athletes or your training.

Each athlete/coach will go through a series of personal physical and bio-mechanical tests in an effort to better understand how to apply these findings to you or your athlete to improve training plans for 2011.

For USAC and USAT certified coaches this camp is worth USAC 2.5 CEU's USAT 10 CEU's towards the maintenance of your coaching certification.
