Linda Armstrong Kelly Headlines NBDA Super Seminars as Interbike Keynote Retailer Education Scheduled for Six More Regional Locations!

07.08.2007
Costa Mesa, California

The 2007 NBDA Super Seminar series roars out this September at Interbike Las Vegas with mother of seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, Linda Armstrong Kelly presenting her captivating keynote presentation based on her book No Mountain High Enough-Raising Lance, Raising Me.

As a young single mom, Linda vowed to raise Lance with all the advantages she did not have. Her positive influence as a parent was the driving force in encouraging him to fulfill his destiny as one of the greatest athletes in history. Included in her speech are life skills such as:

  • Maintaining a positive attitude
  • Improving leadership skills
  • Achieving peak performance
  • Creating work/life balance
  • Developing and delivering strong work ethics
  • Setting and achieving goals both personally and professionally
  • How to turn a bad choice into a life-learning opportunity

In addition to Linda, the NBDA has scheduled many other top-notch educational sessions available free to all retailer attendees of Interbike such as: It's All About the Customer: Managing Your Sales Floor by Dan Mann of The Mann Group, Challenges Of The Future - The Rebirth of Small Independent Retail by James Dion, and Pricing Strategies for Profits Plus, by Tom Shay. And in October the NBDA will once again bring highly valued and customized Super Seminars regionally to these six cities:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Minneapolis, MN
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Seattle, WA
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Dallas, TX

There is no cost and no registration necessary for all Interbike Las Vegas sessions. Regional seminars require pre-registration (soon to open online) - with NBDA members able to attend for free and nominal fees for attending non-member retailers.

More information and the complete 2007 NBDA Super Seminar line-up, details on the NBDA, its programs and to become a member can be found online at www.nbda.com.
